John Kerry Announces US Funding for Climate Change Adaptation

Yesterday, John Kerry made an announcement that the US will put $800 million toward climate change adaptation financing for vulnerable countries by 2020. This is not enough, but it is a strong move in the right direction. This shows vulnerable countries that the US will take responsibility for our historic emissions by supporting the countries that the warming from those emissions will impact. I am looking forward to hearing more announcement like this from John Kerry over the next 48 hours. Read more about this committment at the articles below.
